The site is intended to provide a classifieds section, a registry of stolen equipment and a database of photographic equipment.
Do you have stolen equipment that you would like to post so others are aware of it? Simply enter the serial number and a description of your gear into the online database and your done. When someone performs a quick serial number search against the database, your item will then be listed as stolen and the person doing the search may then contact you via your preferred method.
Do you have equipment collecting dust that you would like to sell? iCAMERAdb has an excellent classifieds section that allows you to advertise your gear for sale. This site is focused just on photographic equipment. This makes the site more attractive to people interested in photography.
Looking for something special? Use the Want feature to build a list of equipment you would like to acquire. Simply add the items to the list and when someone registers an item that you are looking for, they will be notified of your interest and given a chance to contact you.
Your registered items are private. Only items listed as stolen or in the classifieds section are visible to the public.
You can generate and email inventory reports of your registered equipment. This is a great way of keeping your insurance company or law enforcement agencies up to date on your inventory.
